My name is Democratis Jim Pashalidis. I am a first generation Greek-American. As an inner-city elementary educator in Rochester, NY for almost 20 years, I enjoyed living my passion of helping children uncover their inner strength and value.

As I continued in my career, I found some gaps to feeling completely fulfilled. My decision to become a Health Insurance Broker came from my own experience with trying to assist my parents in maneuvering through the complex world of Medicare! I was ill-prepared and had NO knowledge of which programs would be most beneficial for them. So, I reached out to a long-time friend and previous colleague for guidance. An agent from his company came to our home, simplified the process, and helped us make decisions that best fit our family’s situation.

Immediately, I thought of how valuable that agent was for my family and realized that if I could provide that support and guidance for others, it would help me fulfill my life’s purpose of providing value to others. And so began my Medicare career! I am eager to be of service and I will work diligently to help you and your loved ones navigate the Medicare process.
